OLE Automation
Provides APIs for writing custom programs to automate certain functions in pcAnywhere.

Package Deployment Tool
Lets you deploy custom installation packages to one or more Windows NT/2000/XP computers across your network. Use Symantec Packager to create custom installations of pcAnywhere, then deploy them across your network using this tool.

Policy Management Snap-ins
Provides the pcAnywhere administrative template (.adm) files needed to support centralized policy-based administration. On Windows 2000/XP, add the Group Policy snap-in to MMC, then import the appropriate pcAnywhere.adm file. On Windows 9x/Me/NT4, run the System Policy Editor, then add the appropriate pcAnywhere.adm file.

Web Deployment Tool
Provides the source files needed to implement Web-based deployment over a corporate intranet. Use Symantec Packager to create custom installations of pcAnywhere, then deploy them across your network using this tool.

Adobe Acrobat Reader
Installs Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.1, which lets you view the pcAnywhere online PDF manuals.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5, service pack 2
Provides system files required to view the online Help and ensure proper function of other features in pcAnywhere. If your operating system has Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 or later already installed, this installation is not required.

Microsoft Management Console (MMC)
Installs the Microsoft Management Console (MMC), which lets you run and manage administrator tools from a central location. MMC is included with Windows 2000/XP, so this installation is not required on these systems. Add the Host Administrator snap-in utility to MMC to remotely manage hosts on your network.
